We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping and logistics services to our valued customers. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the details regarding our shipping methods,delivery times, and related policies. By using our online store, you agree to the terms of this policy. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 day with an order .Orders are be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Transit Time:  

1. Ship from China:Orders shipped directly from China are subject to $60–90 USD in pre-paid customs duties and surcharges. This all-inclusive fee covers import tariffs, taxes, and administrative processing.We will handle all customs clearance procedures on your behalf.Orders typically to arrive within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Ship from US Warehouse:There is a transit time within 7 days for deliveries to arrive at your door step is estimated based on the distance to the delivery address.

Shipping Rates:  

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.(Excluding islands outside the continental United States) 

Tracking Your Order:  

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) and logistics website or you can contact our customer service directly. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

DASHEVO is responsible for any customs duties and taxes on your order. All costs incurred during or after shipment are the responsibility of  DASHEVO (duties, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Address:

Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery:

If a shipment fails to be delivered due to the recipient's inability to receive it in a timely manner or an incorrect delivery address, the logistics company may attempt subsequent deliveries or hold the package at a designated location for self-pickup. If none of the above attempts are successful, the recipient is responsible for coordinating with the logistics provider to arrange a redelivery or self-pickup within an agreed timeframe.

Inspection and Sign: 

As products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving. When it's chipped or damaged, don't sign the delivery or open the package. In these situations, please contact our customer services.

After you (or somebody else on your benefit) signs for your product, We will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you're highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get the Customer Service within 24 hours after you get the package so we can solve the issue immediately.
