Refund and Exchange Policy

Order Changes 

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours to change your order or cancel the order. If an order has already shipped, it can not be changed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have unpacked or installed it, we will not authorize a return unless it is because our product is defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Installation Issues 

All of our dashboard don't provide installation service, but we have installation guide video on our website, According to the instruction manual,you can complete the installation perfectly and successfully in just one hour,we won't authorize it if you return it because you can't install it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Packages  

Our responsibility is to prepare and ship your order promptly and hand the package over to the carrier. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur during transportation, including loss or damage to the shipment. If you
encounter any of these issues, please contact us, and we will file a claim with the logistics company on your behalf. We will not issue a refund or reship the package until the carrier confirms that the package is indeed lost or that the shipment delivered to the wrong address cannot be redelivered. The final interpretation of the situation rests with the logistics company. We will provide full support in tracking and processing your claim, and we kindly request your full cooperation with us and the logistics company throughout the process.The duration of the claims process depends on the nature of the issue.All lost package claims must be reported within 30 days or we are unable to help.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and verify that they are in good condition, We will inform you whether your refund request can be approved . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Please check your account for refund confirmation. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,please contact us at help@dashevo.shop if the status has not been updated yet.

Warranty and update 

Product warranty can contact us, we will provide your questions to the manufacturer.We will actively provide you with after-sales warranty service, and we will also provide some technical upgrades, excluding customized content.The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
